Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon honey *
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. 
  2. In a small jar with a lid, add all ingredients (optionally, you can crush the Italian seasoning to be a smoother texture as you add it to the jar).   
  3. Shake the jar to incorporate all ingredients. 
  4. For best results, store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight, to allow ingredients to fully combine. Shake again before serving.  

*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age
