Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon honey *
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, to taste
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and warm water.
- In a small jar with a lid, add all ingredients (optionally, you can crush the Italian seasoning to be a smoother texture as you add it to the jar).
- Shake the jar to incorporate all ingredients.
- For best results, store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight, to allow ingredients to fully combine. Shake again before serving.
*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age
