Monkey Milk
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup fat-free milk
- ½ frozen banana
- ⅓ cup nonfat dry milk powder
Directions:
- Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
- Combine fat free milk, banana and dry milk powder in a blender container.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve right away as a cold drink or on top of cereal. May cover and store in the refrigerator up to one day.
