Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs or 3 tablespoons if using Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1½ teaspoons of olive oil (or oil of your choice)
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. 
  2. In a medium skillet, over medium heat, add oil.
  3. Add breadcrumbs and red pepper flakes, if using. Cook and stir occasionally for about two minutes or until breadcrumbs are browned and toasted.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve immediately on top of your favorite dishes for a tasty crunch!
