No Bake Oatmeal and Peanut Butter Snack Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- ¼ cup honey*
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, or nuts
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and warm water.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, vanilla (if using), and honey. Mix well.
- Add oats and stir to combine. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over mixture and stir to combine. Add your favorite mix-ins and stir to combine.
- Form the mixture into balls about the size of a tablespoon and place on a plate or dish.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes before serving. Store left overs in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
*Honey should not be fed to infants less than one year of age
