Peach Cooler
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fat free milk
- 1 cup drained canned light syrup peaches, sliced
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Wash hands with warm water and soap.
2. Put milk, peaches and lemon juice in a blender.
3. Blend well.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5. Serve cold
