Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
- ½ - ¾ cup water
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons lime juice (juice of about 2 limes)
- 1½ tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Asian-style hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash produce well.
- In a blender or food processor, combine peanut butter and ½ cup water. Blend until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend to desired thickness, adding more water if necessary.
