Steamed Mustard Greens
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch mustard greens
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- Remove mustard green stems and chop the leaves.
- Steam over boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Dry off excess water with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
